Stir-fry vegetables

Ingredients: broccoli, potatoes, carrot, paprika, string beans, onion, corn

 

Cooking instructions - without defrosting (serves 2-3). Frying pan: warm up 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil/olive oil, pour the contents of the package. Fry for about 8-10 minutes until tender, stirring from time to time. Towards the end add salt, pepper, nutmeg or other spices by taste. Serve hot as a meal itself or accompaniment to meat.
